Hello, the toolbar after its installed are not showing.
I've instlled new, and it seems like nothing are working :/

As I am seeing you are using our site template "socialize".
According to our design plan, the main Jomsocial toolbar will not be shown with the template and the purpose is served by socialize template with better way.
You may get all global notification with friend search facility and login/logout at Community toolbar

All you need to install community toolbar module that was included with socialize template download package and assign at the module position "top-header"

And all menu item you may get by assigning "Jomsocial toolbar" menu at template manager > socialize > navigation [tab] > navigation style [option] to mega menu and set the menu[option] as "JomSocial toolbar" then save and check at frontend.
