Socialize:v1.2.7
on live site login as Julien/pass see below same as JSupport, select advance search("Amis/Recherche Avancée")
Select Sexe then last right selector have either "Homme" or "FEMALE" should get the translation of it "Femme"
When we've checked the source code of the page we've got: I suppose it is from search.advancesearch.php

list = '<select name="value'+id+'" id="value'+id+'" style="width:157px;">';
list +='<option value="COM_COMMUNITY_MALE">Homme</option>';
list +='<option value="FEMALE">FEMALE</option>';

We should use COM_COMMUNITY_FEMALE instead of FEMALE.
Translated files seems good, COM_COMMUNITY_FEMALE ="Femme"
Any clue ?

That because missing translation. I added language override at language manages for MALE = Homme and FEMALE = Femme

sorry, after testing, we've got issue concerning the result if you search for female the result is good.
Not for male, it didn't retrieve any male member

No files changing, but at joomla administrator - extentions - language manages - override. I put new language definitions at there.
about your other issue. We already handle that ticket as valid bug. please wait our fixes for that.
