How do i change language?

Hi guys

I have uploaded the languagefile with the translation, but i can´t find where to change the frontend language in the controlpanel for JomSocial.
Can anyone tell me where i find the feature?

At the time of login at site admin panel, I am experiencing the problem as
"Forbidden You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server."
Can you check please?

BTY, you may switch the language and make the expected language as default from
Admin panel > Extension [menu] > Language manager

I didn´t know that it was in the Joomla language manager...
It worked when i changed it to GB and then back to DK.

I have no trouble logging in with the info i gave you.
