I am unable to find the point.
Can you come up wth screenshot with red marker?
I would suggest you to add new post if it is not related with current issue.

here are the screenshots. Look at the right when Community is highlighted. Should be the same problem as with the main menu and the template.

I checked and I logged in with no problem in www.htmanager.de

www.hartz.biz is at the moment 'out of order'.
