We activated it in Joomla User Management:

But he still get no such Mail.
It is a Test environment. You can register users for test.

About activation E-Mail its really strange.
I checked Spam every time.
We make many registration tests and simply delete Joomla user before.
Is it possible that user who had already register with same E-Mail before don't get the activation Mail?
I will check again whit some new User and E-Mail and then write you again

about the button, something wrong with your template. If the button not working, if I click again for 2nd time, its working.
and about email activation email, if email already registered it cant use anymore for other registration. at your registration process, and the end must be avatar setup. Do you have that page when you register?, for it yes. I got that page.

you send me screenshot of german activation Mail. But I really don't understand how you get this. I only get first Mail!
To approve it to you i make the following...
Change IP Adress
Clean Firefox Cache and Cookies

I use user name and a trash email address that never was in System before.
Still getting only first Mail.
Do you make something else in registration process as I do? Because can't be true. Two of my employee Test it with external E-Mailadress too. With same Problem :(

I suggest you to re-install or upgrade to our latest (download from jomsocial.com). registration steps must be 4 steps. I just tried again sometime I got 3 steps somtime 4 step.
with re-install or upgrade it will overwrite any parameters. please backup your site first.

It's not a long time ago we upgrade to 3.1. But we can Test it again.
