How do I disable View all members?

I know this was a setting some long time ago and now I can't find it anywhere.

You want to remove "View all members" link from Members module:

Copy this file: ROOT/modules/mod_community_members/tmpl/default.php
To: ROOT/templates/your_template/html/mod_community_members (if you don't have "html" and/or "mod_community_members" folders, feel free to create them.

Now edit file in line 38, delete this:

	<div class="app-box-footer">
		<a href="<?php echo CRoute::_('index.php?option=com_community&view=search&task=browse' ); ?>" class="app-title-link">
			<?php echo JText::_( 'COM_COMMUNITY_FRONTPAGE_BROWSE_ALL' ); ?>
			(<?php echo $totalMembers;?>)
		</a>
	</div>
