sorry for bothering with this issue, but as the title suggests, I was trying to configure the registration process.

There are email-adresses that I don't want to register on the site (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., *.zzz....). So I entered them in the field "Denied Domains". I tried it out but a user still could sign up using this adress. Could you have a quick look?

You only need add the domain name, not full email.. in your denied domain config, you only need put "spam.ru" instead of "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it."

But to block TLDs? I've tried this: *.ru to block any domain that ends with .ru
doesn't seem to work.

it wont work, you need put the full domain after @ tag like this : aaa.com,bbb.com,ccc.com etc...
