Hai ,
i am having problem saving profile, when not connected to internet, there is error
CURL error : 6 Could not resolve host: maps.google.com; Host not found
how to solve the problem when user not connected to internet

Please provide us with more information.
What do you mean by "when not connected to internet"??
Issue occurs on frontend or backend?
Try to describe situation so we could replicate it on your site.

Also please, update credentials. Edit your first post in this topic and enter valid data.

Hai Michal,
the problem is when save profile on front end with no internet access, and also make save profile take long time to save.
we don't need maps.google.com how to remove that or disabled .
i hope u understand what i mean, cause this for use with no Internet Access.

Hi, teguh.

You mean that you use it only in localhost (with XAMPP or LAMPP) not in World Wide Web?
Then try to remove or change fields that are integrated with Google maps (Configuration -> Integrations)
Or try to search references to maps.google.com and remove or better comment them out.
But you'll need to modify core files and scripts... so you could get other errors.
There is no simple hack to disable connections to google maps...

Yes, For now i use it on local for testing only, if everything ok i will place it on www.
Michal Is there any way to turn off or disabled it , ( frontend change ).

Michal , Is there any way to turn off or disabled it withot hack the core, if i have must to hack the core
what files are associated with it (profiles changed ).

Remember to make safecopy of that files.

on performance for now not effect, but cover picture did not show , i was open tikect on other topic but till now no answer.
btw my support has been expired , my questions are
1. how about my open tiket ?
2. why i cant not download jomsocial , my licenced expried after jomsocial 3.1.1 launce and i cannt download anymore that version.

Try compatibility mode in IE8

1. Open ticked should be care by assigned moderator.
2. When license expires users can't download any files from that moment.

hai Michal,
1. if use compatiblty mode , its make jomsocial template broke .

2. if like that it means i just buy support not buy software , how about if i lost my file or me personally prefer not to upgrade because compatibility issue. at least i can download a jomscoaial ver 3.1 again, because it release before my license expired.

I can reach your backend (I get 403). Front end loads terribly slow so I can't enter your community via IE8.
IE8 is just fair old now... it's your choice to use outdated software... I'm sorry I cant help you with that.

You buy software, 6 months support and access to upgrades. After your subscription expires your access to support and upgrades ends with it.
