hi,
I would like to know if there is the ability to view friend's location on a map of the activities that I decide to background instead of friends.

I'm not sure if I understand you well. So let me ask;

1. You want to display attendee locations on event map?
2. You want to display users friends locations only, that attend certain event, on a event map?
3. You want to display events locations that user attends?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

no. I try to explain.
In the profile I have a map that shows my friends, rather than see my friends I would like to see the premises (restaurants, pubs, ..) that I decide to backend

As for now there is only possible to show user friends on a map.
But you can use other extensions to extend JomSocial or Joomla!
Here are two extensions that may interest you:
