Are there any good payment feature and also newsletter feature?

Payment feature is members could pay the membership and also events.

Newsletter feature is to allower admin to send newsletter to users by location and also add the new members, groups, events for that location.

by default we dont have it, but you can achive this by install the 3rd party extension like www.jomsocial.com/addons/calendar-a-events/events-booking-pro , techjoomla.com/jticketing.html?view=xml , www.joomlaxi.com/jomsocial-profile-type.html‎ or www.jomsocial.com/addons/memberships/payplans
