Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
I use jomsocial 3.1.0.1. I am trying to translate "who's online" modules name. I read the documentation I created the
hu-HU.mod_whosonline.ini (hungarian) file, but it does not work. The name of the module is the same, like in written in the module manager. What should I do? Please help me. ( The hu-HU.com_community.ini file, I created works well)
Thank you
Zsolt Anger
As this is a regular module (not built in JomSocial) you just need to have two copies of it: One for English other for Hungarian. When language is switched modules are also :)
Please confirm if it helps.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I have another problem, during making the our site multilingual, jomsocial "Join Us now" button works properly, when switched to english,. But when I switch the language to hungarian, it gives the error message: 404 the page doesnt exists.
I didn't touched anything around this.
Please help me, Michal!
Thank You
I'm sorry. I must ask you to create a new topic for that issues.
Golden rule: one issue - one topic.
It will make life easier for both users and support :)
