Advanced Search by Birthdate

I can't search by birthdates, it won't allow one to go back earlier than the year 91. And the drop down doesn't select......

Could someone please address this, and promptly. Our site relies on the search feature heavily.

Below is all info, if one goes into the community section and choose Site Search, then Advanced Search, and Search by birtdates they will not be able to choose earlier than 91?
