The "Hello Me" module is working fine with fresh joomla and I Suggest you to check by disabling other third party extension from

If I don't want update to version 3, maybe you can suggest any other variant to solve my problem.

I checked the extensions, but I can't understand where the problem exist. Maybe you can do it? You have login/password, needs for admin panel. Please, help. I cannot do it by myself. =)

Nope, I didn't get but I can see your cpanel access credentials. Hope it is enough to work. I will be back after debugging. :)

I have check the site and found that it is not the problem with "hello me module".
When I have disable seo friendly option then it works fine.

You will find that option at site admin panel main menu > site > global configuration
Under the tab "site" you will get the option.
Please find the attached file of screenshot for better understanding.

Some guideline for you: Please find someone who is expert and can help you to make the site fully seo friendly.
