Very sorry for my late response, I am just sending a new version for release, I think tomorrow will be available for download.
The issue is with table collation, somehow the iSEO ones installed as latin1 but they should be "utf8_general_ci". On the site were is working they are utf8_general_ci and this one not.
So, you can quickly change in database the collation type (tables have names like #_ijseo_#) or wait till tomorrow when new version will be released. But, anyway you should first delete old tables so new ones can be created.
Also, if you provide database access we can do this for you in a minute.
