I bought iSEO , and installed it , but all i dotn see ANY changes in website links . for example

profile links show the same :
/profileinfo/538-sophianyc
Instead: /sophianyc

Groups links shows like this : /groups/all-groups/viewgroup/11-new-york-new-york-city
But should show /new-york-new-york-city
and etc,

how do i activate this component . ?

Do you mean URLs displayed in browser URL field?
ISEO component will not enable or alter canonical URLs in Joomla.
To do that you need a SEF component like: extensions.joomla.org/extensions/site-management/sef/10134


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Ogh , very sad , you guys need put more description for this component . I would like to get refund , its not usefull for us . Where do i request refund and cancel subscription

Well, product is described very well and there is no single word about SEF urls ^^.
