Jomsocial 44.1 / Joomla 3.7.5

Hello,
at the jomsocial backend dashboard i get the message "No country data added" and "No city data added" (under Members Location-Map).
But my test Users have country and city data added in the location field of their profiles.
I have also added the googleMaps API key at Configuration > Integration and named the Location Field Code.

Where is the problem? Have I forgotten something?

Thank you for contacting us.
How country or city data could be displayed if you didn't defined field for them?
You have only address but that is not enough. Even if you provide full address with country and city, this won't be broken down into city and country.
So you need to have fields for country and city and provide them in configuration.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hello Michał,
Thank you for your answer.

Now i have created two new separate fields [city (Typ: textbox)and country(typ:country)] and have filled and saved them again for two users and provide the fields in configuration.
But i stell get the message at dashboard "No country data added / No city data added".

Now run cron job in Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Monitor -> Mail queue -> button in upper right corner.
Then check again.
