We are seeing raw code displaying on the registration page near the Facebook API button. The Facebook API appears to be working correctly so we don't know what this code is about. Can you tell us how to fix this?

The website is www.snugglesproject.org/members/members-area/register.html

Best wishes,
Rae

Hi, Rae.

Please:

1. Edit your first post.
2. Click switch below main text field: prntscr.com/fk3hdg
3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Michal,

Sorry, I can't provide that information. If you click the link I provided, it will take you to the page that shows what I am talking about. I believe that it is code from a JomSocial file but I don't know which one. Maybe the JomSocial Facebook Connect script? Whatever the code is from, it is messing up the page layout so it is probably something simple like a missing end bracket or a misplaced command.

Hi, Rae.

Yes, I saw your issue but we need your site FTP and backend access to investigate it further and provide a fix.
Without that information... our help will be very limited. as we can't help in blind.

Yes, but as I said I can't give you that information. It is policy. But you can see the source code for that page and that should give you an idea as to which file is controlling it as well as any issue with the code itself for the page. To me, it looks like there is an imbalance in the code layout for the script. See the start and end div and start and end script commands around that particular code that is displaying on the page.

HI, Rae.

Okay okay, I understand. The Policy ;)
So what you may try? Make sure that you sue latest version of JomSocial and related modules/plugins.
Switch to Joomla! default template Protostar and check if code disappears.
Make sure that if you did any customizations, they are using latest version of JomSocial files.
If nothing helps... play around with modules and plugins... disable them one by one. Check if that helps.
But if nothing will work... then sorry, without access to FTP it may be hard.
