Facebook Login "Undefined error"

Hello, I have set up my sign in with Facebook and when a user tries to login to my site with it. It says "Undefined error".
Steps are as follows:
1. user navigates to website
2. User navigates to to community page
3. Clicks on sign in with Facebook button
4.Pop up appears promoting user to enter Facebook login details
5. Instead of logging in user a message appears saying "Undefined error".
Could you help me with this problem please?

Please, edit your first post and provide us your site backend credentials.

Also, please, check if you use latest version of JomSocial 4.3.3.
If not, please, upgrade to latest version, clear browser and Joomla! cache, then check again if issue persist.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
