I also allready checked that open Basedir is diasabled
Open basedir None

and on the app side, it has
'Require app secret for server API calls'
Set to NO

The app is published and live and doesn't require a review.

I'm at lost, any clue welcome !

please check your FB API at FB API manager (developers.facebook.com). here the error messaga:
bio field is deprecated for versions v2.8 and higher

FYI:
please changing your support domain by open new topic at billing issue

Thanks a lot for this precious clue.
I removed the bio from the $param var in the getUserInfo()
in components/com_community/libraries/facebook.php line 68

And everything started working !
I guess this will be fixed in next JS update.
