'FacebookApiException' with message 'REST API

ISSUE SUMMARY:

Facebook connected stopped working few days back and giving this error message:
FacebookApiException: Uncaught exception 'FacebookApiException' with message 'REST API is deprecated for versions v2.1 and higher (12)' in /httpdocs/components/com_community/libraries/facebook/base_facebook.php:1249

Updated the latest version, same issue. How to fix this?

This is not working yet. We are using older version of JomSocial. The login module "jomsocial connect" used to work without any issues, and now it stopped working because of recent facebook API changes. Is there any code change needs to be done in "jomsocial connect" module to make this work?
