ISSUE SUMMARY:

Undefined error. when users trying to create a new account using Facebook connect

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 press "Login with Facebook"
2 Select "New user"
3 write "username"
4 click "go"
RESULT Message "Undefined Error"
EXPECTED RESULT : Add User
BROWSER: Safari/chorme/firefox

user gets created however cannot login using FB

Please you check your tmp folder permission public_html/tmp/ make sure that folder and the files inside it, has the the open and create permission.

All i have in that folder is index.html which is set to 644 and the folder it's self is set to 755 not sure what they need to be set to from your explaination.

i have made changes to tmp dir and file but still no joy. howerver i have been looking at this further if import profile avatar is enabled then we get the undefined error but if it's unticked it logs in without issue.

yes, this is caused by the blob file on temp folder can be opened, thats why you have an issue when import the avatar... I cant access your FTP, can you check again please? I will inspect this issue directly.

i have looked at details and they are correct the server uses plain text

I see, the files inside this folder /images/originalPhotos are not read able, can you ask your sys-admin please? so every new file inside it by default has the permission to write and read, normally has permission 755

i have looked and all are set to 755 so cannot understand what the issue is

Images are imported as i see the avatar in the avatar folder
