Have you read the doc here documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Setting_up_Facebook_Connect ? I think you need ask status and review by Facebook, you can do it from "Status and review" tab on FB app setting.

ok, now settings are like in the attachment. The login recognize the user but then we receive an undefined error.

I see, seems the FB API already outdated, we will report this to our developer. If you disable the import FB status it will work fine.
