ISSUE SUMMARY:

I deleted my Facebook API by mistake, recreated it and put the details into Jomsocial. Now when I try to login with sign in through Facebook I get the following error message: "App Not Set Up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions."

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Go to www.peaksup.com/club-members
2 Hit the sign in with Facebook button

RESULT Error message "App Not Set Up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions."
EXPECTED RESULT Login

please check it. you forget to put App Domains.
and I put APP ID and Key at jomsocial configuration, seem your put wrong number on it.

Thank you! I have just tried to login and got the following warning message:

Submit for Login Review
Some of the permissions below have not been approved for use by Facebook.
Submit for review now or learn more.

What should I do now?

If I ignore it and try and login I get a frozen screen. See attached screen shot. I am happy for you to try and register and login to see what's going on.

its not blank. you can scroll it to bottom. this issue because CSS conflict with the template.
please put this css at gantry cutom css

.mfp-container::before {
  height: auto;
}

When I try to log in with Firefox I get this error message:

Given URL is not permitted by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not permitted by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

Gantry is not an option in the Templates sub-folder. I am using a Rockettheme template does that matter? See screenshot.
