facebook login failed

Hi, after upgrade to 4.0.7 facebook login doesnt work! First of all,a popup message appears then disappears.

Secondly, we want when someone tries to login with facebook, to choose his own password and then login with that.
Is this possible in the current version of jomsocial?

- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi there,

Thanks for your response.

We managed to partly solve the problem, but now we are facing the following situation:
Our users are able to sign in and register with fb only from the register page, while from the first page they can’t.

However, if you login in with fb from the register page and then log out and try to login again from the first page the system fails to log you in, but if you refresh the page it seems that the user is logged in correctly.

OK...
please visit this link ( tinyurl.com/o3sk8xb ) and try to connect with fb. The system should log you in correctly.
On the contrary, in the first page (the page you have already tried to connect to) the system failed to connect with fb.

I understand now. Did you customized frontpage of JomSocial?
Could you do a test and roll back your changes and use default layout?
