Add Friend Screen is not on screen and FB connect not working

Hi, when I click "+connect", the popup screen is too low. and there is no facebook connect button.

I have upgraded to latest version of Jomsocial.

pls assist. thanks

It's seems to be caused by your current template.

Please, do a simple test - switch your template with Joomla! default template Protostar and check if issue persist.
If no - then it's your template and you should contact with your template developer.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi, I have tried it on protostar and the issue persist.

You may login to the website backend and try it. So probably not template problem.

I'm sorry, you're right. I checked once again and issue is caused by jReviews css.

Try add this code:

.joms-popup__wrapper .mfp-content {
    display: inline-block !important;
}

to: ROOT/templates/jsn_mico_pro/css/template_pro.css
