FACEBOOK LOGIN NOT WORKING AFTER UPGRADE TO 4.0.7

ISSUE SUMMARY:

Good Morning as it its 5:37am in Arizona, USA.

I upgraded to 4.0.7 and now my clients are saying they can't log in using the Facebook Connect.

I acts as if it wants to let you logo in... a pop up screen happens then quickly disappears.

The site is CityBuzzDigitial.com

You hold a JomSocial PRO license so only ONE domain is supported.
Your supported domain is: citybuzzradio.com
And you request support for: citybuzzdigital.com. I'm sorry but as it is different domain, support will be not provided for it at the moment.
Unless you change supported domain (need to have valid reason e.g domain name typo)
Please post a domain change request here: www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues

After your request is accepted, please, update this thread and make sure it has "Pending Support" status.

I would like to switch support from CityBuzzRadio.com to CityBuzzDigital.com ... City Buzz Radio is the old brand and is forwarded to CityBuzzDigital.com

I did as instructed. I'm now ASKING for help with my original help request. My facebook is not working. if you also look at my account.. I recently purchased a new copy of jomsocial. I'm having issues with the facebook ... when someone tries to log in via facebook button it flashes then it goes away and nothing happens

It seems you still don't understand me... I'm asking you to edit your first post and provide working site credentials as I can't login to your site backend. Domain was changed so it's fine... I just can't fix it as I don't have access to site settings.

So you'll need to fix it by yourself ;)

Your issue is caused by js script merge/compression. It's probably a setting in template. Just disable it and a lot of issues should be solved with this one move.

Cause of your issue was probably the same as in previous cases: jch_optimize plugin that damaged js scripts.
