Hi Nazar,

the issue because your site cannot retrieve the user data from facebook. I suggest you to turn off open basedir from php configuration.

if you dont know how to. you can asking server support about it.

and I suggest to to using latest version of joomla. dont forget to backup first before upgrade

the error with your FB API it self:
An active access token must be used to query information about the current user.

please changing your app domain without www and retrieve new APP secrete.
