Having Critical Issues with Facebook Login Module

Hi,

I am trying to use the Facebook login feature of jomsocial . But i am not able to use that. I am always getting the error "App Not Setup: The developers of this app have not set up this app properly for Facebook Login."

I have done all the settings with the facebbok app that i know . Here is the facebook login details :

You can create a new app to make the things work .

I'm sorry but I can't configure app for you - this is beyond our technical support.
We can't login to you FB account as external service...

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

ok
i am having another issue here - when i go to The jomsocial connect plugin. and try to modify it through admin side
i get this error >
"The file jomsocialconnect.xml could not be found."

(maybe this is the root of the problem)
where can i get the plugin alone - in order to re install ?

Hi,

I had followed all the steps mentioned in the video already but i am still getting the error. You can see the error while trying to access the site beshnaim.co.il/

You can see the facebook login button there on home page.

I am also attaching the screenshot of error. Screenshot of fabebook app details are also attached.

So please have a look and tell me how to resolve the issue .

Try to copy your domain into "Mobile Site URL" field too.
