customize profile and facebook permmission

hi,

when i am trying to import from facebook the current location i am getting the hometown, why is that?
and when i am trying to import birthday, i am not getting it from facebook, why is that?
i have an app for that at facebook, and i ask the right permission, what am i doing wrong?
i am using jbfconnect.
