Ahoj Zdenek.

After you create Facebook application you need to send it to Facebook staff for review.
After a while they will approve your application.
If you have any issues - you should rather contact with Facebook staff.

I took a deeper look on your case. It seems that you configured something wrong in your application.
On printscreen you could clearly see that some of your requests for access rights to some Facebook profile fields ware rejected after submission.

You didn't provided reason why you need access to certain FB fields.

All FB apps need to reviewed and FB staff give grant separated permission for certain fields. This is FB Privacy Policy and we can't do anything about it.

If FB staff reject your request - we can't do anything about it and it's not related with JomSocial in any way. This is Facebook Policy that every filed access request needs to be vlid and explained.

You don't need them if you don't want to import this data for your users. Perrmissions requested in video are just EXAMPLES.
All depends WHAT you want to import to your Community.

E.g if you don't have profile field for education - you don't need to import "user_education_history' from FB.

So it depends from you what you want to import.
Just check profile fields in your community, you should know what you need.
JomSocial doesn't need those data - you do :)

I bet on:

user_birthday
user_status
read_stream

Explanation will be allways the same:

App was built to allow Facebook users to import their data into community upon registration via FB.

Hmmm... try this explanation:

"App will be used to allow Facebook members to import their FB profile data to my site community upon registration. User will click "Register via Facebook" button on my site and FB profile data will automatically populate registration form so user doesn't have to type them in manually. After registration, user will be able to automatically log in after clicking "Login via Facebook" button and provide account password.

Permissions will be also needed to import status from and to Facebook via my community site."

Try above explanation... if they reject it... then it seems they just have bad will and you should ask them directly why they constantly reject your submission.

I'm really sorry. Issues like this happens quite often since Facebook changed his policy towards apps and their access to user fields.
