Hi my site is data-iq.net and I configured facebook connect module. when I click facebook login button, a blank dialog box opened with no information. Is it a production bug or misconfiguration on my server. Please give a clarity towards this issue. This popup is annoying will bring up my bounce rate. Thanks for giving importance to this matter. please treat this urgent.

please provide me super admin access detail, i need that for debugging purpose. seem there is a misconfiguration.

and make sure your FB app has been passed from review status by FB.

today I not get that error anymore, but still blank page. please try this:
1. goto joomla backend
2. System > Global Configuration > Server > set Error Reporting = none

let me know the result. If still can't please provide me administrator access detail, by editing your first post at this topic. put it at site info form.
