Blank Pop up after entering FB login details

Hi, we are getting a blank popup box after entering FB details. Have tried in all browsers. Using v3.1.0.4 however cannot upgrade JS due to lots of customisation.

Hi Rebecca,

I think you FB app is not setup properly, I get error on first popup from FB.

That is strange as i do not get this message. I am asked for login details and then shown a blank pop-up window. I have set the app up with Facebook and have entered the domain in 2 places:

1) App Domin - entered without http://www.
2) Website URL - entered WITH http://www.

I cannot see any further settings. Please could you advise and investigate further?

Hi,

If I access your website it always redirect to www. even I didnt put the www as well, so thats why I always get that error, please check again.
