can you make sure this function enable from your web hosting :
fsockopen has been enabled
cURL SSL has been enabled
Disable sandbox mode on your facebook apps.

and maybe you can provide me Cpanel access to inspect some files related with facebook source..

There is no update for 3.2.0.4 available...
But FB login now works.
