after the fisrt successful popup, there is just a blank popup with not completion of the registration. fsockopen is enable, curl and gd... the facebook app look fine and the plugin is enabled. please help!!

yes i did ensure with my hosting provider prior to my post, i have tried everything i've been able to research, but i am still receiving the error. i have recently upgraded to joomla 3.3 which is another issue, do you think that is possibly related?

i updated my prof. version, and attempted to sign in and i still get the blank pop-up after logging in with facebook via 'popup' only using chrome & safari. when using ie, i immediately get the attached screenshot, without a login option. HOWEVER, when using firefox, i am able to follow all prompts, including import facebook info, then it directs me to my profile without any import; and after manually uploading a profile picture, i get a broken link image for the icon, also attached.

no blank page or avatar.

okay, yes clearing the cache did resolve the blank screen problem, however no matter how i link the facebook, new or existing, i still get the broken image after importing. i am able to manually upload the profile image now. did you not have to manually upload your profile picture? and i notice in your screen shot that the number of photos says '0', isn't this also supposed to import your photos?

if just i could get it to import properly; i tried on 3 different browsers (chrome, ie & firefox).
should i submit a new topic, since the blank pop-up is resolved?
