When clicking "Sign in with Facebook" --> facebook connect screen shows us with a message:
"YOURSITE.COM would like to post to Facebook for you."

=> Where can I change this text?

This is not a correct text, the message should be something like:
"Yoursite.com will receive the following info: your public profile, friend list, email address, birthday and likes."

=> Where can I customize it?

It's IMPORTANT as it's misleading on what the fb connect app tries to do
