Popup appears with the correct data
Cancel / Submit : Pressing Submit --> nothing happens [Freeze]
Cancel --> return to friends

At Admin screen - request appears correctly.
At friend menu - request appears
At sender request status - request appears

Please Do Not ask to upgrade to latest version - it needs many changes to support RTL.

Please upgrade to current version of JomSocial -> 3.1 (you use 3.1.0.1). It contain a lot of fixed and a VERY important security patch.
Then check if issue still persist.
If yes, please guide me how can I replicate this issue on your site - with links as I can't read/understand Hebrew.

Regarding upgrade the version:
- Your system says we run the latest version
- If we upgrade we have to make a lot of adjustments, mainly due to RTL ND Hebrew
- we saw that security patch might be installed separately so we try to do it

Regarding the issue:
- user: test2 pw: 8-1
- main menu - 2 nd right ---
jomsocial menu -- 4 th right - friends
2 nd right - Search
Choose - serega
Add as a friend
You'll see the pop-up screen - the right button is - Submit
Pressing Submit - freezing

Thank you, I manage to find links :)
I tested your site by disabling all plugins that add js scripts in header... but wasn't able to find the reason why modal window is freezed.
So I assign developer to this thread so he could take a look at it.

I see syntax error for js_pack in error console...

just set the error reporting to none in Joomla configuration will fix this issue.

Actaully the root of this issue come from your hebrew translation, not from our jomsocial code, since this is just minor issue, you can hide the error reporting as well.
