Hi, when a User connect with Facebook on my website then should be able to log in with Username (chosen) and Password (from Facebook) without the need of clicking on "Login with Fb..." button every time, right?.
In fact, I can see from my backend (under User management) the User who is registered with Facebook (a test user). But the problem is that the user can't Login without clicking on "Login with facebook" every damn time...the system doesn't recognise his username and password...It looks very strange to me because in the list there is the user with his username and I know that the password is correct...All the other users not connected with Fb can use their Username / Password and Login easily.
Any ideas?

No, connecting your FB account with your community does't change the login and password for the user, it only allows to login by clicking the "login with facebook" button.

So, if a user log in with Facebook, he can't use his username and password of FB for the usual Login Module (Hello me), is it correct? I was thinking that the data would be imported.

Yes, he can't use his FB credentials to login via hello_me module for instance.
