Stuck on white screen after filling in details like most who have reported this issue. I've disabled FB plugins/modules on the page for the FB connect.
I've figured out what the issue was for those who may be interested to know. It was K2 and specifically the USER plugin as referenced below. Disabling this plugin resolved the issue:
