Delete messages that have been sent

I want to delete messages that have already been sent by a spammer....when i deleted messages in the jomsocial admin panel, they remain in users inbox still

Seems if you ban a member, all their activity should be removed also, including messages they have sent

How can i remove them?

Hi

When someone is banned it only happens for a current activities. Banning cannot work for the past activities when user was presumably behaving good.

You can still delete such messages but it has to be done directly in database, table PREFIX_community_msg
