Hello,

Everything is working great, your support is awesome.

On google when you type in my url then go to page 3 from the search options my users can see my ticket which shows the platform im using.

Is it possible to remove or prevent ticket / messages like this from showing?

Google found the URL in Jomsocial post and show in results
Kindly add the details for staff only when you post on the forum, that is not public.
I removed the site URL from that post, on Google it took time to re-index that page.
