The number is original but the number from the backend

However, there is neither a Luzenz domain registered nor a license expiration date or the license status.

I checked in the system and your membership is expired for Jomsocial Pro on 10-05-2017.
You need to buy the membership again to get support and updates.
To download and updates use needs an active membership.
