Hai, i got some error when try to log in into my system..
so the step is

1. Create an account
2. Active Account by email
3. and when it's says active, and input my username and password
4. Failed to authenticate: Access Denied

I am not able to log in on admin panel to debug this issue.
The issue is from Joomla, it seems you have enabled the two-factor authentication plugin on your site.
Have a look on this suggestion to disable the plugin :
