Profile fields with type 'multiple select' are hided/not visible when you hover

We have new Joomla installation with Joomla 3.8.2, PayPlans 3.6.3 and Jomsocial 4.5.
We are currently in the setup process.
We are using template JA SmallBiz from Joomlart with T3 Framework.
On the registration form the profile fields with type 'multiple select' are hided/not visible when you hover...most likely it is because the font is white. In which css file can this be corrected ?
