Ja builder unlocking with Jomsocial supercharged package

Hey.

I bought the supercharged package and after installing JA builder an starting to play with it, i saw that I needed to login to Jomsocial from inside JA builder to access to the edition of the templating system.

Unfortunately, my login password is not recognised.
How to solve that?

In the JA Builder login > select Jomsocial > Add your Jomsocial account username and password that you are using or log in on Jomsocial site.
If there is any error kindly share the error screenshot with me.
So i can check it further.

I of course verified the password (login to Jomsocial website) before trying.

still say "invalid password"

1. Edit your first post.
2. Click switch below main text field: prntscr.com/fk3hdg
3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.


I will try the login with my account on your site, Meanwhile, you can reset your Jomsocial account password, avoid special character and try login.

Hey Pankaj,

before going in this direction, what you propose will only solve the problem on our Staging server where we are beta testing jomsocial.
I need a more permanent solution for our Production server.
Since you have very certainly an aggreement with joomlart regarding the licencing. Can you for example generate a login password for our account specifically dedicated to the use of JA Builder

We are fully part of Joomlart.
If the password reset fix the issue just do the same login on your main site. There is no issue to use the builder on other site and no limit as well. Only supported domain is limited, but you can use builder on any site you have.

We have to reset your Jomsocial account password to test further. We will send you new password via email later today when this issue is sorted out.
