How do I update JC Force fields plugin from 4.4.4 to 4.4.5?
The link on the Extensions Update page below goes to the JomsSocial website, which doesn't give any instructions.
I tried using this method (

You need to upgrade it manually.
So just download it here:
www.jomsocial.com/my-downloads
And install using Joomla! Installer - install on top of your existing version.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I don't understand Michal.
The date says Oct 30, 2017 is old. And I don't see 4.4.5 as the name of the Forcefield download.

How do I recover my user name and password for the Joomla Forum?
I'm trying to access the Joomla Forum but I forgot my password and user name. I'm trying to recover it but it ask for my user name and password, which I don't know. For password recoveries, most sites only ask for your email, to allow you to recover/reset your password. I'm unable to contact Joomla Forum to ask them this question, because I can't remember my logon credentials. Thanks.
That's the only way you can restore your access to Joomla! Forum... maybe try other way to contact forum mods?
