Hi there

A new user has registered in my community. He recieved the welcome mail with the username - but i can't find him in the backend as a user...

He cant finish his register - because the system say, this username is blocked.

But, i dont find him in the backend!

1. Edit your first post.

3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.

Most important will be access to your database via PHPmyAdmin. I'll investigate.
What is username or email used during registration?


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thank you.. but you missed my request to provide access to your database via PHPmyAdmin.
It doesn't matter now.
I was able to register an user with that particular username and email without any issues:


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.

- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job

And now, what can i do for next step? He sent me his email with this Username... If u need it, i can send u this also...

I see, u registered now with his name - but now? have i delete your/his account and tell him to register again?

You can choose one of the following:

- leave the account and activate it, provide user temporary password. User could access the account and change it... then just continue to use it.
- delete the account and ask user to register again


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
