Updating extensions from Joomla

I purchased Supercharged and many of the addons will not update directly from joomla update because they require a joomlart license. I only have the supercharged license. Is there anyway to get a joomlart license so I can upgrade directly in joomla? Builder 1.12 was recently updated to 1.13 and did not appear in my jomsocial downloads for a few weeks. Joomla shows that the extensions are available for update, my license will not work.

The JA addons & JA Mood are included with supercharged. It would be great to be able to update these directly from Joomla. It takes a lot of time to download each one and do a manual install.

I also have Iseo and Ad Agency.

Thank you for contacting us.
JomSocial Supercharged is basically a JomSocial (you get license for it) and few additional products.
Additional products can be used but they come without a license key as they are freebies.
Thus you may only use manual update for them.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
