Hello-Installation instructions are outdated and ijoomla is no longer included with the installation files. I uploaded the com_community_professtional.4.5.zip via package installer and the installation appeared to be normal but skipped over the step where I should have entered the license number (screenshot included). The success/completion message appeared at the end but Jomsocial is not reflected in the front end or backend of my site. What did I do wrong? Thank you!
We discountinued iJoomla installer, please you download the latest version here
www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses?Itemid=209
and install the zip package for updating jomsocial.
In version 4.5, you will be easier to do upgrade thing, because we already integrated with Joomla extenstions manager.

My site is a bit of a mess as I started with a Quickstart installation then added in JomSocial & Socialize. I will be starting over, minus the 3rd party template :) I haven't been able to find any step-by-step instructions about setting up Socialize after installation. Can you point me in the right direction?

There is no such an instruction as all you need is to install it, enable and assign modules to positions you want to have them.

- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
