1. Download installation package from here:
www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses?Itemid=209
2. Unzip it.
3. Login to your site backend
4. Make a safe copy of your files and database (I recommend to use Akeeba Backup)
5. Install JomSocial using Joomla! Installer (default method to install any extension in Joomla!).
If after choosing package page just reloads - make sure that your site meets our system requirements:

Especially upload_max_filesize should be at least 20M as installation package is nearly 20 MB.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.

This issue actaully can be different, but most of them caused by missing field on the tables, on your issue you missed field "profileid" on table #__community_files, so I added it manually by using this code
ALTER TABLE `#__community_files` ADD `profileid` INT NOT NULL AFTER `type`;
