My site, www.sshag.com , is taking 15 to 30 minutes to update on the live side when I make any changes on the admin side of the site. I was hoping you might be able to look at this and help me figure out why my site changes and modifications are taking so long to update on the live side of the site. My hosting company is Hostgator and I have set up a cron job in my CPanel for this site. I don't know if that is what the issue is or not, but the cron command line I am using is as follows; /index.php?option=com_community&task=cron

I don't know if that is the correct command line or if this is what forces my site to clear the cache or whatever it needs to do to post the new site information on the live side, but it's not working for some reason and I was hoping you might take a look and help me figure out why.

Thanks,

David

Dimas,
I contacted my server host and had them change all the settings per the document you sent me. All my settings are set to the recommended now and the site is still updating 13 to 30 minutes after each change. Is there anything else that could be wrong or do I need to delete the whole site and rebuild it again. So you know, I added all the backend log in information to the original post as well.
